Courses are delivered in age group specific training and coaches must complete the course relevant to the age they are coaching. BENEFITS
Volunteer coaching enriches both the coach and the community they serve. Coaching offers invaluable experiences for coaches, providing opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. It fosters a sense of community and allows coaches to connect with athletes in a meaningful way, often motivating them to improve both on and off the field. Volunteer coaching can be deeply rewarding, offering a sense of purpose and fulfillment while positively impacting the lives of athletes.

We are grateful for everyone who can donate their time to guide our youth players. For our volunteers we provide:

  • A coaches dinner in December
  • 50% their players next season registration (only eligible if coaching requirements are met)
  • Free participation in Adult Recreation / Drop in soccer
